Every office uses paper in their copiers, printers and fax equipment…some more than others, but it goes without saying that everyone wants a good deal on paper. Quality
Like any other product, office papers can vary dramatically in quality depending on the mill where the paper was made, and the process and ingredients used in it’s manufacture. Frequently, the lowest priced office papers are imported from Asia or South America and are much more prone to curling, resulting in frequent equipment jams.
Paper Prices
Paper prices behave much like other commodities, and are subject to price increases or decreases based on market supply and demand for paper itself, as well as pulp wood and other component prices. And of course transportation and fuel prices play a large role in the market price of paper at any given time.
