Q. Will I need to register and get a new login for the new Shopping Cart?
A. No, your existing Username/User ID and Password will allow you to log in, so there is no need to register again. If you do not know your Username and/or Password, simply enter your email address in the “Lost Login/Password?” form on the login page and it will be emailed to you. If all else fails, use this contact form or call 817-573-2694.
Q. How about bookmarks and favorite links?
A. If you have a favorite or bookmark link to our home page, www.MosDirect.com, you can simply click on “#1. Order Online” as usual,and you will be directed to the new login page. On the other hand, if you have a bookmark that takes you directly to directly to our old shopping cart login page, you will need to go to our (New Shopping Cart – note: this link will become active March 4) and create a new bookmark. You’ll probably want to delete the old bookmark also.
Q. Will my saved favorite items and Shopping History move to the new shopping cart?
A. Yes, your existing favorite items and history will move to the new cart.
