We offer W2, W3 1099Misc. and 1096 Employer tax forms and appropriate envelopes, both on our web site and for purchase in our Granbury retail store. If you prepare your payroll on a computer and print the employer forms on a laser or inkjet printer, the tax forms we carry are the correct type that you will need. If you prepare your forms on a typewriter or by hand, you can use the IRS supplied forms, which are snap-apart, carbonless forms and are not usable in computer printers. We offer this type form for purchase in our retail store, or you can order them from IRS.gov. The link below will direct you to the order form itself.
If you choose to order your tax form on our web site, this page will help you determine proper item numbers. Just log in to MosDirect.com as normal and enter item numbers.

Order IRS forms to be delivered by U.S. Mail.
IRS tax forms can be downloaded from the IRS.gov website, but many are not acceptable for filing, as they must be printed in a special red ink that can be correctly read by their scanning equipment. Upon downloading a particular form you will be notified if it is acceptable for filing or not.
Note: Downloaded W2, W3, 199Misc. and 1096 forms are not acceptable for filing (see image below).
